Makin' Steps offers a wide variety of classes in many aspects of musical theatre, from beginners to advance. Due to the wealth of experience from the full time staff and guest teachers at the school, you will have the ability to master a wide range of dance styles, and not be stuck to just one.
Classes are taught in one of three fully facilitated studio's with appropriate changing facilities, wooden flooring, mirrors and ballet bars.
All classes are taught by a compliment of fully qualified, insured, and "CRB Registered" teachers and former Dancers with professional teaching experience. At the school you will be assessed and put in the appropriate class for your age and standard, where you will receive training tailored to your needs. With over 55 classes a week you can be sure we have an appropriate class for you!
Makin' Steps School has always believed that dancing/singing & acting should be enjoyed. If you wish to attend the school purely as a recreational pastime that is fine, but for those of you who wish to take your dancing/singing & acting further we will endeavour to offer you the highest possible training you will find for miles around. Makin' Steps has a very successful rate of pupils gaining places at vocational colleges as well as going onto work in the entertainment industry.

Street Jazz / Hip Hop - (From 5 to Adults)
Funky routines choreographed using the latest moves to modern chart music. If you want to learn to dance like they do on Music videos then this is the class for you!
