FBI (Full Body Impact – Workout Class) is our new fast paced, variable intensity fitness class for men and women. Designed to encourage development in your cardio fitness as well as helping both fat loss and muscular improvement.
The 45 minute high impact class can be modified to fit each individuals own personal fitness ability and gives you the chance to work to your own personal goal.

Makin’ Steps recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
